Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are processed within 3 business days, but because nearly everything is made to order, processing can take up to 21 business days during busier times. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email. After that, delivery questions should be directed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). For more details see our Shipping Policy.
What is your shipping policy?
Regular orders ship in 3–21 business days. Pre-orders typically ship in 2–6 weeks unless otherwise noted on the listing.
How do I stay updated on my order?
We post regular shipping and preorder updates in our Facebook group. Join us there for the latest news straight from the warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 business days of your order date. For step by step instructions see our Return Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if your order has not shipped yet. Just reply to your confirmation email or reach us at AnimalsAnon@gmail.com and we will take care of you.

Sizing & Care

What size should I order?
Each product listing includes detailed sizing information. Most items run true to size unless stated otherwise. Still unsure? Send us a message and we are happy to help.
How do I care for my apparel?
Wash inside out in cold water and air dry for best results. Always follow the care tag instructions. We are not able to replace items damaged from incorrect washing.

We are a family run business operating under Big Dawg Shirt Shack LLC. Everything is designed, printed, and embroidered in house at our Texas warehouse. Every purchase supports wildlife conservation and helps shine a light on the species that need it most.

Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! All stickers are laminated making them waterproof, sun resistant, scratch proof, and dishwasher safe. For the longest life avoid heavy scrubbing, especially on water bottles.
