How long does production take?
Everything in our shop is made to order. We personally design and print each item in our Texas warehouse just for you, so please allow 3–21 business days for production before your order ships. We are a small family run operation and every piece gets the attention it deserves.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders are estimated to ship in approximately 2–6 weeks unless otherwise noted on the item listing. We post regular updates in our Facebook group so you always know where things stand.
Which carriers do you use? Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship via USPS, with UPS and FedEx available as needed. We ship to P.O. boxes and APO addresses. International shipping is available and rates vary by destination.
International orders: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I start a return or exchange?
We want to make this easy for you. Email us at AnimalsAnon@gmail.com within 14 business days of your order date and include:
  • Your order ID number
  • Name on the order
  • Whether you need a different size or a full return
  • Any updated shipping info for exchanges
What if my item arrives defective?
If your item arrives with holes, tears, loose threads, or a print flaw, reach out right away and we will send a replacement or full refund. Please include photos so we can track and fix the issue on our end.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Custom & Personalized Items

Can I return a customized or personalized product?
Because every custom item is made specifically to your specifications, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds on customized or personalized orders. If your item arrives defective, that is a different story and we will always take care of you.
